Career Transition Coach and Executive Consultant
My passion is to help people grow, evolve and to reveal themselves in authentic alignment with their purpose. I work as a consultant/coach to both organizations and individuals with three core service offerings. When working with individuals as a career or executive coach I engage my clients in a process that I have called ME-nnovate! During our engagements I guide, support and collaborate with individuals to realize their full potential to becoME their very best selves. When working with my corporate clients I provide Talent Advisory services in the areas of Executive Succession Management, including C-Suite and executive sucession, selection and development.
I have spent the last 24 years appreciating people in their work contexts to help them to grow, transform, and fully realize the full expression of their gifts and talents. Each person's uniqueness intrigues me and I thrive when I can help others to see and apply themselves in order to feel appreciated, valued and fulfilled.
I earned my Master’s and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. Over the course of my career, I have consulted with executives from a variety of Fortune 500 client organizations both domestic and globally. These engagements have included Talent Strategy design, Executive Assessment & Coaching, as well as process consulting around succession management and executive development strategies.
